FHA mortgage limits decrease in 2014 for Maricopa and many other Arizona counties.

Loan limits for FHA loans will be lower in 2014 than they were in years past in most of Arizona.

Starting January 1, 2014, all counties in Arizona will have FHA loan limits of $271,050, with the exception of Coconino at $362,250. This will greatly affect the Phoenix area and the county of Maricopa, where the limit was previously $346,250. Of course, many other areas will be affected by the decrease in loan limits as well.
